Pricing follows the size of the grant file
We quote after reviewing the award terms, reporting periods, and volume of transactions — not from a generic subscription card.
How fees are built
Most engagements are priced as a fixed fee for an agreed scope: number of reporting periods, sampling intensity, language of source documents, and whether fieldwork is on site in Taipei or another city. Travel outside Taipei is billed separately at cost.
When the archive is incomplete or prior findings must be rebuilt, we may propose a readiness phase first so the main audit fee stays predictable.
What moves the quote
- Number of cost categories and partner sub-awards
- Payroll allocation complexity across projects
- Need for Mandarin and English dual reporting
- Deadline pressure before a scheduled funder visit
Included and excluded
Included: planning memo, sample selection, fieldwork or remote testing, draft findings discussion, and a final letter addressed to management.
Excluded: statutory financial statement audits, tax filing, bookkeeping clean-up beyond documented remediation support, and representation at funder hearings unless separately agreed.
A 30% deposit confirms the fieldwork window. The balance is due on delivery of the final findings letter. See our refund terms for cancellations and work already started.
