Data controller

What we collect
From contact forms: name, email, organisation, grant type, preferred call window, and message content. During engagements we may process names and contact details of finance and programme staff, and financial records that incidentally contain personal data (for example payroll allocations).
Purpose and legal basis
We process enquiry data to respond to scoping requests and to prepare engagement letters. Engagement data is processed to perform the contracted audit or review. Where required, we rely on contract performance, legitimate interests in operating a professional practice, and consent for optional analytics cookies.
Retention
Enquiry messages are retained for up to 24 months if no engagement follows. Engagement working papers and findings letters are retained for at least seven years, or longer when a funder or law requires it. Cookie consent choices remain in your browser until you clear storage.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share information with IT hosting providers under confidentiality terms, with co-auditors named in an engagement letter, or when required by law or funder mandate.
International transfers
Our primary operations and storage are in Taiwan. If a tool or collaborator processes data outside Taiwan, we apply contractual safeguards appropriate to the destination and the sensitivity of the grant file.
Your rights
Subject to Taiwanese personal data protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. Contact us at the email above. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent authority in Taiwan.
