Terms of engagement

Last updated: 29 July 2026

Acceptance

By using https://api-integrationlab.digital or commissioning services from API Integration Lab, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or engage our practice.

Services described on this site

Descriptions of grant compliance financial audits, readiness reviews, sampling, close-out work, and remediation support are informational. A binding engagement arises only when both parties sign a planning memo or engagement letter that states scope, fee, and timeline.

Intellectual property

Website content, templates, and branding remain the property of API Integration Lab. Working papers and findings letters prepared for a client may be used by that client for internal governance and funder reporting. Redistribution of our templates as a commercial product is not permitted.

Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate grant documents, timely access to records, and truthful responses during fieldwork. Delays in document staging may shift fieldwork dates and, where agreed in writing, affect fees.

Liability

Our findings reflect testing performed within the agreed scope and sample. We do not guarantee funder acceptance of every cost, nor do we assume liability for management decisions taken after receipt of a findings letter. To the extent permitted by law, liability under an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

Website accuracy

We aim to keep fee ranges and process descriptions current, but they may change. Published prices are guidance until confirmed in writing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan. Courts in Taipei shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from use of this website or from engagement letters that do not specify another forum.
